A Little Bit About Me

What I would like others to know about me is, I want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem. I have been there, and I have done that. I hope to help, by sharing my knowledge with you.

I would also like to briefly say hello to the fans of the about me page, Hi Mom! There, that's out of the way.

"My History"

I was a contractor for most of my adult life. Therefore, I bring a little extra to the table when it comes to your steel building needs. While a contractor, I managed to license myself as a Realtor, and then helped to establish a local mortgage company, all in the same time slot.

I tend to stay busy even when I’m not trying. If I have ever stopped to take the time and smell the roses, it was more than likely because I had big plans to market them in some new business venture. People ask me, "How much money will be enough?" My honest answer is, "I don't know, I haven't been there yet." Sorry, that's just the way it is. It's really no deeper than that.

"My stupidity"

I involved myself in the international trade business about 8 years ago for obvious reasons. I loved the way that every fraudulent scammer out there continually tickled my ears. Even when I thought I had my wits completely about me, I fell right into an open manhole.

I kept trying to convince myself that the next commodity I involved myself in was going to be the one that closed! No Really! This person is real! I can tell by his voice, he is so sincere! Yeah sure, whatever!

It took losing a lot of time, and a lot of money before I finally managed to figure it out. I actually had it figured out in my heart a lot sooner, but my head made it hard to walk away. So I didn’t. Instead, I stepped back, took a breath, and said to myself, (because nobody else was listening) “I'm going to be part of the solution, and not part of the problem.”

"My Solution"

The only way I was going to stay in this business was to have full knowledge of what I was selling, and to whom I was going to sell. Now I am here to share some of that knowledge, in hopes to help others, help themselves.

So, if something on this site doesn’t quite seem to pertain to you, be patient, I am trying to get to everyone’s needs. I try to highlight different areas, so you can simply enjoy what fits best.

There are two sayings that I “think” I created myself and I try to adhere by them so, here they are:

“If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.”

"And"

“Make Educated Decisions Based On Educated Thoughts”

Ok, so maybe they weren’t mine but I don’t know the author so, I'll claim them until I'm forced to file a disclaimer.

The point being, if you do not make a decision, based on logic that you obtained by educating yourself about a subject, and you make decisions based on emotion instead, then you will be making the wrong decision for yourself, and for others involved, both directly and indirectly. What would it say about me, if I based everything on emotion?

Even if it seems to be painful at the time, so long as it was based on an educated thought, then that decision is not a bad one, it is an educated and calculated one.

Make an educated decision to add this philosophy to your life starting today, this hour, right this very minute!

"Summing it up"

I have always been the type of person to put the needs of others before my own. No, you cannot borrow a twenty. I don’t mean you mom, checks in the mail.

I have always felt the need to help others, on things like the international trade business, and life in general. If you knew anything about me, then you know that I have been doing it all along, but not quite on this scale.

If I can help change a few lives by pulling some over to the world of reality, then it is worth all the time and the effort that I plan to put into this site. I hope that I can make it enjoyable for everyone, of all categories.

So, enough about me, tell us about you whenever you get a chance. Hope to hear from you soon!
